  Be VERY CAREFUL using this place!!! They have been continually messing up my bank account!!! They will say, "oh, we're sorry we had a computer glitch," etc... After their "glitch" sucked my bank account down to less than $10, in $72.50 withdrawals (5 of them total!) Then, tell me on a Friday to come back Saturday and they can "refinance," only to tell me Saturday, "sorry, having computer glitches, nothing we can do until Monday." Then, call me on Monday, asking why I was late on my payment!!! Meanwhile, had to live on $10, for 5 days - STILL NOT RESOLVED!!! Go elsewhere, where they don't have such "glitchy" computers!!! Extremely unprofessional and if someone knows a good lawyer, I'm taking recommendations!

  I have been dealing with Angela for almost 2 years now with loans. She will answer any question and is very helpful in finding the right loan for you. Always has a smile on her face. If you need to get a loan, just go in and she will help you find the one best for you and your budget.

  Emergencies happen and sucks when it does. They were so awesome. Ther friendliness and patience helping me was the best. Highly recommend if you need to cash a check. Also, their percentage was really fair especially because it was a hand written check.

  Crystal is very helpful and sweet! However I can't recommend getting a loan with them because their customer service department is rude. I went on their website and it said I could refinance over $500 if I paid $76 only to turn around and tell me I could only get $21. Why pay that much only to get $21. When I first called to confirm I would be getting the amount over $500 all she said was " well if thats what it says online, then thats what you can get." I have been a great customer for years with no problems and nobody wants to help me! I am so disappointed guys. Once I pay this loan off I will never do business with your company again. In fact I will be telling everyone I know not to do business with you. You lost a great customer. Congrats!
