  Honestly if I could give them 0 stars, I would. My first visit in did not go smoothly at all. I was standing inside for at least an hour filling out paperwork. The lady at the counter would show me what time fill out on the paperwork and then she would go to another window and talk to one of her friends instead of helping me. Getting her attention was extremely difficult. Once I was finally able to fill out the paperwork she left to go print out more documents for me to sign. These documents she didn't say anything about, all she did was point at lines and tell me to sign. She asked if I wanted a copy of my documents and I of course said yes. Well I didn't get any. On top of this I was only approved for $205 which is practically nothing compared to other loan companies. I told her I wanted to take it all out. Once all the paperwork was signed she handed me my debit card and my ID before counting out $200 and giving it to me. I asked about the extra $5 and she said I had only asked for the $200. She said she could get me the extra $5 but I would have to go through the entire process again. I just took the money and left. What really mad me mad was the fact that I had to go in every 2 weeks to pay, no over the phone option and even though she took my debit card and put the information into the computer, there were no automatic payments. They would give me a courtesy call the day before to remind me about my "appointment" for the next day. Well they forgot one day and I forgot to go in. By Monday I noticed 4 transactions on my debit card to them. Funny how they couldn't do that before. I was furious. They didn't call me or anything. I went in and asked about it and they told me that since I had missed a payment they took the whole loan out of my bank account in 4 equal payments. This was not explained to me at all when I was signing the paperwork. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are so many other lenders out there to use that are way better than them. I will never be going back to them.

  Had a big disappointment when paying my bill. I will not recommend to anyone who asks me. Can't give lower stars. Don't use this place, you will be ripped off.

  Very rude and uneducated young lady there .She didn't know what she was doing gave me the run around because she didn't know who to call to verify my paycheck.So I had to ask the white lady behind the her for some assistance and she was able to do it with no hesitation.I usually don't complain but she needs to be fired very bad for business.The Rancho and Cheyenne location.
