  Cody Swensen was great to work with. He was informative honest and easy to talk to. What made this funding great is that he was not pushy in making me do something I wasn't wanting or comfortable with. Due to me being so busy we kept most communication through text which made it so much easier for me. I wasn't stuck on a phone for half a day. Past experiences have been a nightmare with other companies but I highly recommend this one. Thanks Cody!

  I own a Handyman company in Santa Barbara ca. A licensed contractor with 11 employees. We are a all inclusive construction company. We do not subcontract any work. Also do service calls. I have spoken and been in contact with Lendio sometimes daily. My personal bank...a member for 20+ years are still behind the curve. *** Prior to the PPP coming out, I applied and was approved for funding out side the PPP. My Broker, was waiting for me to sign. Then all this happened. We discussed the PPP and it's benefits. We agreed, that I should hold off on taking the current offer. That is integrity. Knowing that when I signed the contract, I was locked in. Brock, knew something was better was coming. How many brokers would have you pause and wait for something better.

  Received a recommendation from a trusted friend to use Lendio for our PPP loan during the COVID-19 pandemic and after using two other big banks they were the only one to get our application through before all the funds were exhausted! Amazing! Thank you Lendio!

  Lendio was terrific! I was able to fill out my SBA, PPP loan application right away. My, Lendio associate, Jonathan Maxant was Excellent! He was always avariable to answer my questions and stayed in touch throughout the entire process,. I would highly recommend Lendio.

  After have been given a total run-around by my bank, I heard of Lendio and, desperate to save my business and very long time employees who are totally dependent on my business, I applied. The people I was in contact with were friendly, yet Professional!!!, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions at anytime or any day of the week. I was first introduced to Charles Bodine who put me in touch with Tearyn Mehr. Cannot say enough about both of them. Tearyn was with me through 90 pct of obtaining my needs, and I’m so glad she was.   Lendio stepped up when our bank stepped out in the PPP program. The best part of working with Lendio was the communication. They sent updates weekly, sometimes more often, on the status of our request and what they were doing to get everyones funds to them.
