  Bliss assisted me with yet another pain free process for my financing needs. I will always work with her for my financial needs but more than that recommend her to family and friends. Bliss does the right thing....is a strong business woman and truly cares for her clients well being. I also need to mention that I work for large well known lender but for me it's not where the financing comes from. It is the relationship with the person working on the financing. Anyone reading this post ...do consider Bliss you will be happy you did.

  Bliss and I have worked together on multiple transactions and the experience has always been great! Realtors a lot of times experience uneasiness when working with lenders that reside in states outside of the one they primarily conduct business in, but I've never felt any sense of worry with Bliss. Working with her felt like a true partnership where we both trust and converse with each other well to meet the same objectives for our client.

  Let me tell you a story about Bliss! This lady is BADASS!! She is like a breath of fresh air! Bliss is a professional that has excelled well beyond what is to be expected from a Loan Originator. All throughout the Loan process, Bliss was there! Anytime I had questions, Bliss was there! When I just generally needed some professional advice, Bliss was there! When I talked with Bliss, it genuinely felt like I was talking to one of my good friends. She took my concerns and questions very seriously and would take it to a personal experience level if need be. Bliss always returns calls or texts within the same day and I had no disconnects with her whatsoever. During my personal experience throughout the loan process while working with Bliss and her team, we had been running into one problem after another. Sometimes it felt like climbing a mountain, we would get past our first obstacle only to be met by another, then another. None of this had anything to do with Bliss or her team, but every step of the way, Bliss battled for me and always succeeded in getting the solution to said obstacles in a very timely manner. She went out of her way to help me throughout the process by providing requested advice and best practice information. Something no one else would offer up. Bliss is a warrior in the industry and she will fight for the best solutions for you as well. She is a force to be reckoned with for sure. I am so thankful for Bliss's hard work and continued efforts even beyond the loan process. She will truly be someone I can always reach out to when I have questions years from now.   This is our second loan with Bliss. First was a refinance and now a purchase. We chose to work with Bliss again because she did such a great job on our refinance. And she didn't disappoint. We gave her the date we needed to be clear to close and she hit the mark. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time with other lenders. Call Bliss first. Thanks again for all the help.   Bliss helped me refinance my mortgage and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. She was very responsive and sent many emails to touch base, reassuring me that it was moving forward despite the silence. I cherished these outreaches! And she under promised and over delivered with a quick package to sign and having the mortgage prepared at record speed. Highly recommend!

  I worked with Bliss Green at Prime Lending and she was a breeze to work with. Very communicative and I promise I’m the type of person to ask a ton of questions, this was my first time buying a home and she spent easily 45 minutes on the phone with me the first time we chatted and went over everything in detail. I also quoted her out against 3 other firms and she gave the best rates, all the other lenders actually said “wow that’s a great deal you should just take it”. Closing was smooth. Like I said, first time buying but I have 0 complaints or anything that sticks out as being able to be done better. I’d recommend Bliss to friends and would work with her again.

She was available when I reached out and if not right away then very soon afterward.
