  I used NVR as my lender-- specifically Christina Saboley and Juanita Sammons. Absolutely incredible ladies to work with! They went above and beyond for me and genuinely wanted my business and made sure they could do any and everything they could to get it. They were extremely patient with my overload of questions and took the time to walk through every step. In the end, their loan estimate was spot on when it came time to closing-- no surprises!! This is HUGE! 10/10 would use them again. Thank you NVR!!!

  NVR Mortgage was absolutely amazing to work with. My team included Andy, Carson, and Meghan. They helped me throughout the process and answered any questions I had.   First I must say sorry for taking so long to respond!! I can say in few words that working with Eva and Rebecca reduced my stress level immensely. They would take the time to walk me through a process, and never rushed. Towards the end I worked mostly with Eva and she guided me until the end. I was also impressed with callback times, or the fact they would answer when I called. There is more I could say, but just know the professionalism and kindness were a major part of why this process went so smoothly. I am grateful!

  Pooja and Farrah with NVR are absolutely amazing to work with! This was our first time purchasing a home and they made the process so easy! They let you know what they needed and also confirmed with everything was done! They checked in during the whole process and truly showed they cared! I definitely recommend using them!!   NVR was great to work for buying our first home. Rebecca and Brady took time to walk me through all the details and they answered the many questions I had quickly and thoroughly. NVR was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone else purchasing a new home.

  I’ve heard a lot of negative things about NVR before actually going through the process but I didn’t let that stop me from having my own experience which I must say was truly EXCEPTIONAL!!. Our loan officer Trent took really good care of us and called, like he said he would, to check on us. Thank you for your service and helping us purchasing our first home.

  I financed our new Ryan home with Heather @ NVR Mortgage. She was great to work with and explained all of our options in easy to understand language. She stayed in touch and kept us updated throughout the entire process and even after everything was done.   Farrah, Jessica and Jennifer were wonderful!! They were there every step of the way and answered all my phone calls immediately. Every step up to and including closing was seamless. You couldn’t find a better mortgage provider anywhere.

  I want to thank Marta Jo Sullivan and Farrah Lee Portwood for being so AWESOME! What a great duo!! I originally started working with a gentleman at a financial institution who did not deliver on what he originally promised me. I called Farrah with NVR back after she reached out to me by email, and the rest is history. She delivered on what she originally said when I initially spoke to her. Farrah then advised me that MJ aka Marta Jo Sullivan would be calling me. MJ was awesome as well. She was so easy to work with and always pleasant. She was able to finish the final leg of the race, which was absolutely seamless! Again, what and AWESOME DUO!!! I would highly recommend working with Farrah Lee Portwood and Marta Jo Sullivan with NVR! Job well done Ladies!!!
