  I had the pleasure of working with Theresa and she made getting a mortgage an extremely easy and straight forward process. I got referred to her by a friend of mine, so I immediately knew I could trust her to handle everything related to my mortgage, which is part of one the biggest decisions I have had to make in my life. Working with Theresa was extremely enjoyable and providing her with all the necessary documents needed to apply for a mortgage didn’t feel like work at all. She was extremely professional and very helpful when answering my question and explaining all the different things that go into such a big loan. She was also extremely approachable and when I say extremely approachable I mean crunching various numbers for me and answering all my questions, calls, and concerns at 8pm on a Saturday or Sunday night… like what loan officer does that?! On top of everything, she was able to lock me in to a killer interest rate before mortgage rates started rising and she had me ready to close in less than two weeks, which is AMAZING in today’s environment. I am so thankful I was referred to Theresa because she made the entire loan application process such a breeze from start to finish. I would recommend Theresa as a loan officer to anyone who is looking to finance a home, you will not regret it and you can thank me later!

  I worked with Theresa and Carly at Covenant First Mortgage on a recent refinance. They came highly recommended from family members and now I know why. I will never use anyone else! Knowledgeable and experienced with all aspects of the process. They made the experience so easy. Communication was constant and efficient.   This was my first time refinancing and I was very overwhelmed after looking at a few refinance places. Theresa gave me the exact information and confidence I needed to make this major decision. Her and Carly were so great to work with and answered all of my questions very quickly, even when I felt like I was being repetitive. They were always so kind and helpful.   I cannot say enough great things about Theresa and Carly!! They are the nicest, most professional, hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had no prior experience with homeownership or the mortgage process and they helped make it so easy for me, all while doing an awesome job! Additionally, when it came to refinancing, they once again knocked it out of the park and were on top of everything for me. I will never go to another place for any future Mortgage needs.
