  Don't bother they have a big tough feminine manager guy who runs up on women customers and then tries to cry and lie on you to the police.while threatening women talking about he will close my account when he opens his big bug eyes at u threatening women. Gross go somewhere else I contacted the regional hopefully this whole crew is changed out. Make mistakes all the time at this location swear this is the third crew.stupid old lady who makes mistakes talking about this bug eye manager owns this location gross yeah right he wishes or whatever that thing is.

  This place sucks! I called ahead before commuting over an hour on bus to make sure I would be able to open account and was explicitly told that yes the accepted walk is. When I arrived the lady said that I had to have an appointment. Apparently these idiots are lazy and have NO respect for people's time.

  I’m a guy that doesn’t do personal banking as much, I’m a big fan of online banking, I try avoiding going inside the bank physically but let me tell you the experience I had at this bank was great! Big shout out to Amaris M. for having such great customer service and helping the experience be really smooth, she answered all my questions and helped me apply for a new credit card. I could not be any happier, I love Canvas Credit Union, I also have my car loan set up with them and they are the best!!! I really recommend this bank!!!

  I got worst banking experience from this bank . I have been client of this branch around 5 years . Today Nov , 15 I went to get my bank statement, the banker was unprofessional, not understanding what I want to get . He is a black young man . He needs to improve his attitude towards clients. When I entered the bank no greeting or say hi from him . Even I gave my ssi two time and he was putting wrong number until I told him one one digits. Is the banker or teller should be like that . Just made decision to close my personal account and business account with them. I wish I could buy some attitude in Walmart for him . Good bye !

  They told me I can get a secured credit card as someone under a visa, hence I opened an account with them. Yesterday (weeks after submitting the application) I had to walk in (because I could not get in touch with them otherwise) and was told I can neither get a normal credit nor a secured card due to my visa status, and that there was 'miscommunication.' They did not send me application status update email as promised, and they never answered phone calls or responded to my voice messages. I am starting think that all they wanted was commission from my opening a new account.

  I came here as I came to make a auto loan payment with shared branching and Denver community CU gave me several issues. I was immediately greeted by a very polite and well spoken girl who's name was Hillary. I immediately felt welcome. I then continued to make my auto loan payment with the teller Jacob who was super polite and helpful I was able to make my payment in 5 minutes or less. I was beyond impressed. I will be opening a account with Canvas and processing my home loan and new vehicle loans through Canvas as they have proved to be a great bank!! Keep up the great work guys your work ethic and quality does not go unnoticed!!!👏😌

  Very pleased with the level of customer service provided at this location and is now my preferred location. Scheduled an appointment online as this location had the soonest available time and when I walked in, was greeted right away. Got a complimentary cappuccino and met with Jacob who showed compassion in helping me find the best solution and created a very positive atmosphere and experience. Definitely recommend this location. FYI: park in the garage and get a free ticket from Canvas to exit

  It was extraordinary service I waited less than 8 mins in line its was 5pm. I had 4 tasked that needed attention and she completely solved all of them in a timely manner and I was on my way. With my brand new card,pro red out 4 statements a deposit into my checking account and another personal matter about my accounts. This is why I bank with Canvas Credit Union

  Took out an auto loan from Canvas Credit Union. Up to that point had been having an *extremely* stressful and hectic day, by the time we arrived at the bank I was coming out of my skin with anxiety. Shawn and Tod spent hours working tirelessly and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Today was hands-down the best customer service I've ever received from a financial insitution- so great that I am actually inspired to pay-it-forward and pass on their kindness whenever I can. I will definitely give my business to Canvas Credit Union in the future.

  Pro: they offer free checking accounts and you can use nearly any ATM without being charged a fee. Con: I came in to open an account after a terrible experience at USBank. I explained how I had been misguided there, and was assured that Canvas would take care of me. I joined during a promotion that offered $225 if you used your debit card 15 times within each of the first 3 months. The man who signed me up went over all of the details for how I would qualify, and explained that all I needed to do was set up a direct deposit (I did), and use my debit card (I did that as well). When it came time to expect that $225 bonus, I was informed that he had never enrolled me in online statements as required, and that I was not eligible for the bonus. I was upset so emailed him and later spoke with him in person about my issue. He said he remembered me and was apologetic, and he promised that he would get it taken care of. That was the last I heard from him. I emailed at least twice more without any response. I thought I'd left this kind of shotty treatment behind at the big national bank and am thus extremely disappointed to be getting it again by a smaller credit union.
