  Matt was truly an amazing lender to work with! He was very responsive to any questions we had at any time, He was excellent at explaining things to us, he was punctual with getting us documents. He advocated for us when need be and was on top of everything to make this an easy process. He even came to our closing which was above and beyond! He is excellent at what he does and provides a very professional service!.I would highly recommend Matt and Sustain Mortgage to anyone needing a mortgage!

  The most PAINLESS refinance that I have ever done, ever! Justin and Jenn were always highly responsive and answered all questions immediately. The software they use for me to upload documents was completely user friendly and really efficient.   Such wonderful people. I’ve known Justin for years. He’s very involved in the community because he really cares. I met him on the 80238 Housing Diversity Committee in 2014, which he’s been a part of since forever. To say that his knowledge of the real estate market, available financing options, and the inner workings of housing and development in Denver is impressive, would be a large understatement. Justin is top of his field, the consummate professional and, on top of all of that, he’s a really good guy. This all makes him someone I was so happy to final work with, as a client.   I highly recommend making Justin Ross at Sustain Mortgage & Realty (recently renamed from Stapleton Mortgage & Realty) your first call for any Denver home financing or refinancing. We worked with Justin on a Fall 2020 refinancing of our Central Park home, and got the transaction done in record time. Justin's a total straight-shooter and impeccably responsive. I started talking with Justin many months before we pulled the trigger on our refinance. At the start, he helped get us up-to-speed on what can be a really obtuse and bewildering process and set of financial decisions. Justin was patient as we sorted out what we were trying to accomplish, and when we finally felt ready to do the refinance—as more educated mortgage consumers—Justin picked right back up with us, helped us cut to the chase on what refinancing options were available, and got the refinance done in just a few weeks. We were never left wondering what the status was of our application or approval and Justin provided competitive rates. We started the refi process talking to a handful of mortgage lenders in Central Park and greater Denver—banks, credit unions and some larger independents with higher profiles—but dropped all those contacts after a few exchanges with Justin upon seeing how much more quickly and transparently he moved on getting things done for us.
