Ashley Fontana1I would give it zero stars if I could. The first time I went was a complete waste of time because after a half hour they figured out they wouldn’t be able to change my name on my account and order me a new debit card because “the system was down”. The same woman tried again two weeks later and instead of simply changing my name she closed my debit card account and sent me a debit card with a misspelled name. My Husbands name is on the account, she saw my license, marriage certificate, and email and still spelled my new name wrong. And now I can’t use my debit card while I wait for a new one.

el tigre1most worthless bank branch I have ever been to, went to notarized a form and was told a needed an appointment for that for them to put a stamp and signature may be a few minutes at the most it was early in the morning only one customer and five lady's working and could not help me out was told to come back another day,,wow what a deal

Richard Richard5I went to this branch today to deposit a bunch of coin that I had. I called to make sure that I didn’t need an appointment first. Everybody there was super friendly. Professional. And helpful. Including the security guard. I appreciate what they do And being open during these Covid times

Gaby Duran1Wost service ever! Dont remove my reviews We waited 1hr to talk to a branch manager and while waiting no one came up to us to assure someone will help. By the time someone came up to us the lady told the person AFTER me that she notary expired. Thats what I came to do get documents notarize and i wouldve known in would have gone to another brach.

Ivania Arrechavala5I'd like to take a moment and recognize Eunice Cisnero, Personal Banker at this branch. Last week I came in to this branch to accompany a client of mine to refinance on auto loan so that he could purchase his dream home. We waited for Eunice and I was extremely impressed for the EXCELLENT customer service she delivered throug the entire process. Time was of the essence to get all the proper documents in order so the client could close on his home. Myself and the client cannot thank Eunice enough for the care she had in making sure we had everything and for the constant follow-up and follow through with the processing team. While I was visiting this branch I noticed a line of customers waiting on Eunice to help them in their banking needs. Which tells me that she's valuable asset to this branch and I was privileged to be helped by someone that takes pride in doing a job well done. Eunice THANK YOU sooo much for all of your assistance!

Adam Hancock1Shameful service. The manager should be fired for all of the mis management. Never staffed always a long wait even when there's no one in front of you. It's got plexiglass over the tellers because us bank treats it's customers like criminals . This us bank is the worst. I'm considering changing banks over how bad this place is.

Harry Jimenez2Used to be a much better branch. Now I feel it is the worst branch in the metro area. Always understaffed. 10+ people in line heck i guess one of the only two tellers is due for a break, unbelievable. Staff that is available is typically rude and almost condescending on the teller side. Bankers are better at least but still not what I've come to expect from us bank.... only up side is conveniently designed drive up atm.

Jessica Bera2You have to make a appointment to have help from a teller. Made an appointment at 10 and I waited until 10:20 to be helped. US bank should come up with a more manageable way for these team members to help customers.
