  The Lending Heights Team was superb through our entire refinance process. Extremely efficient, responsive and diligent.   Ken and Amy were great! Everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. I shopped around 4 companies and Lending heights definitely had the best deal. At first I was a little skeptical picking a small mortgage broker off of bankrate but everything was handled professionally. My only slight gripe would be them indicating my mortgage wouldn’t be sold. It was sold within weeks. I’m not sure why this seems to be some industry standard. Every mortgage I’ve ever had they deny it’ll be sold, it’s then promptly sold. But my terms were honored so I have no real room to complain.

  This is the second time I've worked with Lending Heights - the first time was to purchase my home and second time was to refinance. I had an exceptional experience both times. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Best of all, they had my loan ready to close 10 days before the closing date. I shopped around with a few banks and my credit union and Lending Heights offered the best rates and closing costs. I recommend them!
