  Justin Lazzaro was great and really made the mortgage loan process easy and manageable (for a first time home-buyer). They were thorough in there communications and the work that was provided. Throughout the process everyone kept such a personal touch and really was helpful and patient (even with some of my probably dumber questions). If there was 10 stars I would give. Highly recommend!

  Justin has helped me with multiple mortgages for my rental business and also with lines of credit for my personal property. He makes the process easy and gets things done quickly and accurately. He was available day and night for any questions I had. Even my real estate agent has let me know multiple times that Justin is one of the best lenders he has worked with.   In short: 1. Best rate (compared to rates quoted by Wells Fargo and PNC) 2. Very responsive 3. Clearly explains everything 4. Patiently answers questions 5. Not pushy at all In long: We had a great experience with Justin at Guaranteed Rate. He got us the best rate and answered lots of questions patiently (we are first time home buyers). I was transitioning jobs in the middle of the mortgage application process and it all went smoothly. Also, we went camping a few days before closing and didn't realize there was still a bunch of paper work to do. Justin worked very quickly to make sure we still closed on time despite our mistake. He didn't even complain that we had disappeared for four days the week before closing. This is a great guy to work with. I highly recommend him.

  This is your sign to stop searching for a Lender. Justin and his team is all you need to ensure an extremely easy, and straight forward home buying process. As a first time home owner, I was honestly a bit shocked how easy it was to go through the steps and I would have to credit it to Justin's professionalism and expertise.   Justin (and Justin, Whitney, Gabi, Joyce) are the absolute best team, especially for first time homebuyers. They walked me and my husband through every step, form, fee and signature. They provided us constant updates on our mortgage status - which was reassuring as we were under a tight timeline from the sellers.
