  We came in as a referral for Lending Arena. The brothers Romik and Rony (and their staff) are easy to deal with yet professional, knowledgeable, considerate, patient, and give their clients the “above and beyond” service that clients look for. Buying a home or refinancing can be a stressful experience, but not with these guys. They walked us through the process and we did not even feel that they were in another state in the US. They are friendly, highly experienced in every aspect of what they do, and very attentive to details. They made the entire process very easy for us and we are so appreciative to them!   I recommend Lending Arena to anyone who is getting a home loan or doing a refinance. They are very responsive and helpful with answering questions. Lending Arena was able to do a cash out refinance for me when a lot of other lenders were unable too. I am happy with my experiences with them and will use them again in the future.

  As you may know, Buying a house in Southern California can be really stressful. Lending arena made it easy to find out how close we were to closing on our house. Communication was easy, often just sending an email or a text message before getting a response within minutes.
