  Applied online customer service rep called me back ask me a few more questions. Scheduled a time for me to come in an finalize my loan, went in signed paper work and funds was transferred to my account within an 1 hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a loan not just for the money but the customer service.Miranda is one the best customer service people I have dealt with in a while, she had the warmest personality

  I had been denied everywhere else, but the wonderful ladies Miranda and Kiana came though and got me approved in no time. Bad credit and all, they still helped me out. Amazingly professional and I highly recommend!!!

  Melissa was the most patient, efficient and enthusiastic person I’ve ever worked with she helped an incredible amount throughout the Loan process and I just want to thank her for her service I will definitely recommend going to one main as long as you can work with her!

  I personally have had a great experience with OneMain Financial. They were always professional and friendly when I came into the office. The branch manager always took time to talk to me and answer any questions I had. I recently moved and paid off my loan and I appreciate everything they have done to help me. I will continue to spread the good word about OneMain Financial to my family and friends.

  I'm not sure why a few people below had a problem with Miranda, but SHE WAS SUPER NICE AND EASY TO TALK TO. I have had many great and professional experiences with One Main. I'm thankful for all their help! Happy Holidays!

  I must say this particular location is very helpful.I had an great experience with Miranda. She is very professional and explains everything in great detail.This particular location with the staff they have are the best I recommend anyone to give them a call and you will not regret it

  Worst Place ever call after doing my application and they ask all this information even asking about my car which I told them I didn't want to do a secured loan I just wanted to do an unsecured loan. The Lady Mundy advised she would call within an hour with my response yet I didn't receive a call back after 24 hours just to say I was denied yet didn't provide reason. These people are so unprofessional most reviews say they invite you to come into office to verify employment and get more details regarding loan yet I was never offered to come in. People Hear are complete robots and you don't even get the vibe they wanna help not surprised they already have a one star review.

  I am currently a customer at OneMain Financial, the first experience when I first visited was good. I went back last week to Refinance a loan & My granddaughter was with me. My Granddaughter always go in and pay the monthly bill and she know the people and procedure but this particular day last week when I went in with my granddaughter , my granddaughter was totally ridiculed by Tianna C. Trezevant , a loan officer that said rude things about her nose piercings. The comments that was made kept going on and on to the point of bullying my 15 year old granddaughter. We held our poise and just listened to her continuously make nasty remarks about her piercings and that particular loan officer was saying how my granddaughter look like a bull, and she kept saying it, we were not satisfied and the other loan specialist that worked there were totally shocked because you can tell by thier facial expressions & the way they kept looking at each other when she made those nasty comments/remarks and we didn't appreciate it and think that particular loan officer have some underline problems that she needs to address herself and that made her belittle my granddaughter whose only a child.

  Have been dealing with this office for 2 years now. Great people and always very responsive to my questions and my loans. Never any hard sell.

  Such a terrible sleezy place and sleezy company. I had a loan taken out that was fraud and part of cohesion. Charges of fraud were filed with the police and they refuse to rescind the loan and are requiring me to repay a loan that was fraud. Never use such a terrible company that condones fraud.
