  Mike Gilbert was my mortgage broker. He was excellent. It was a difficult mortgage to get. He was undeterred and tenacious and acquired a mortgage at a good rate and excellent terms. If it were not for Mike's expertise I would have not been able to buy this property.

  Contact Jeff Barber for excellent service. I was referred to Jeff because of his knowledge because I had a complicated multi property project and Jeff was able to secure a loan with a local lender during this COVID mess. His team is very friendly and on the ball. There were a lot of moving pieces closing six properties and Jeff and his team kept us on track. This type of service is the reason I seek to work with local business and will definitely return to Jeff for my next project!

  I first worked with Jeff in early 2017, and to this day, turn to him for multifamily and mixed-use real estate financing solutions – both for purchases and refinances, traditional financing and hard money. Jeff is a genuinely nice guy who takes a real interest in getting to know his clients and building a relationship for the long-term. He knows the commercial RE/lending space incredibly well, and is able to look at/understand the nuances of a deal and determine the proper financing source based on the particular situation/deal type/structure so no one ends up wasting time. Lastly, and importantly when it comes to financing, Jeff is on the ball with his communication and timeliness, whether it’s after business hours or on the weekend.
