  Mike Bower and his team were excellent. They were well-organized and responsive and made the entire financing process completely streamlined. Mike even worked on the weekend to make sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mike and The Mortgage Company to anyone looking to buy a home.

  This was our first home purchase. We researched different mortgage and broker companies for approximately 2 months. Through that process we realized there is a difference between companies (fees, rate and people). We had met with Mike and weighed out the information for a night before we had decided to go with the Mortgage Company, they were overall the option. Being first time home purchasers, we had a lot of questions. Mike was timely with any questions we had and made sure all the team members were on the same page (They take a team approach: Mike is the overall head, and then the loan is assigned to different members along the process who handle different areas). We worked with Mike and Trish mainly. Trish was also incredible, we stared off slow, but after meeting with her, you knew she understood, was on our side and was doing whatever her and Mike could do for us to get approved within our time frame. Also, I did not mention we decided to go with a USDA loan with approx 33 days from start to finish, time line was short and they got it done! So thankful to them, that’s why with 4 young kids, new house, Christmas and a full time job that’s demanding we took the time to write this review two months later. God is good! We would use them again and have recommended them since. Hopefully this review will provide peace if your like us.

  Mike and his team were awesome! We just completed a new mortgage with them, the whole team was very helpful in gathering the information needed and tried to keep my involvement to a minimum which I fully appreciated. Everything went smoothly, I would highly recommend them.

  Mike and his team (in particular Trish) are exceptional! They help my husband and I secure our mortgage this year and they went above and beyond to pull things together for us. Mike was in constant contact and always accessible (even on the weekends), and no question was ever silly or burdensome. They walked us through a Herculean task and made it doable, understandable, and most importantly successful because they were patience, informative, supportive and kind. I know it’s their job to provide a service but we never felt like customers; in the beginning we acquaintances but by the end we great friends!! Mike is the first person I would call or recommend for any mortgage needs.

  Helped us process our loan for our first home in record time and helped us close the day before Thanksgiving. Mike and all of the staff that we worked with from The Mortgage Company were professional, thorough, highly responsive (call, text, email) and accommodating; we were new to the process, so all of their patience and assistance along the way was much appreciated. We love our home and couldn't have it without The Mortgage Company. But, beyond that, they made a difficult and arduous process simple and straightforward. We'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.

  My husband and I had a challenging mortgage situation as we were moving back to PA to run our own business.
