  This company really helped me get in my dream home. Apartment complex with pool, fitness center, high end staff. I finalized my lease within 5 days. And they worked with me and answered any questions. They are literally life savers thank you!!!

  First off I would like to say this company and Endeah was a HUGE help. She got me approved for the townhouse I really wanted within the matter of days!!! She was there for every question and concern I had even though she did provide a very thorough guide to follow to begin with. I really appreciate the service and I definitely would recommend if needed.

  I went with this company & let me tell you they are a GOD send. I applied and got approved SAME day. Took only 3 days to help me. They are professional and really care to help. ALWAYS responsive and I’ll forever be grateful I found them. And I don’t do reviews EVER but people need to know about this.

  My experience was horrible. The owner is snarky, unprofessional & lacks accountability. I would never advise anyone to do business with Endeah. I’ve always been proud to invest with black owned businesses, but this was giving colonizer energy. She offered a refund, as I was communicating with her almost daily to get a HOUSE, NOT an apartment & instead of her being truthful & saying, she had no prior experience with assisting with homes. ONLY APARTMENT APPROVALS! She decided to spin the entire process. She offered the refund & when I contacted her to update her, that her service still hadn’t been working for me SHE PLAAAAAYED. I’m so happy I’m blessed regardless & God knows all. I have held my tongue on this & was never gonna speak on it. Take it as a loss & let God handle it (I still am), however I DON’T want the next to have my experience! Endeah, I wish you love & light. -DaysiaStar

  Daysia hall, it’s been bought to our company’s attention that you do have personal issues, that we have nothing to do with. At least be truthful when leaving a review for someone’s business. Just like everyone else who gets serviced with us, you were provided the service you paid for, with a very detailed and simple guide to follow. You still had a bunch of questions that were already self explanatory, but Endeah doing her due diligence still made her self available to help you out and answer questions. You were approved for MULTIPLE HOUSES, we have proof and we even assisted you with this being as though it seemed you couldn’t follow simple directions. Again, we have Proof. You got serviced in full and then some. We understand there was a waiting list for the house you really wanted and you were not the person they chose, that’s not an issue of ours. If you follow instructions you will have no issues. You then waited 3 months after being approved for different homes that we assisted you with to ask for a refund. That’s not feasible or realistic, we aren’t friends this is a business. Which, every business and company has a 30 day policy. We are no different. We pray you get the help you need.

  My experience with Legend Financial Group has been nothing but legendary. Endeah was so helpful throughout the entire process, and was always there when I needed her to answer a question. I was approved for my apartment within 24 hours and will be moving in this week, I am all set thanks to you !!!!

  My Credit score was suffering and I came to Endeah for help because I needed to get into a home fast and I was tired of being denied due to credit history etc .. not only does she make everything right for you she’s fast and efficient! She helps you sooo much by explaining step by step and giving you the knowledge on where things went wrong ! She’s amazingly sweet and easy to work with ! Thank you sooooooo much !! I finally got approved for my HOUSEEEE ! I don’t know if any of that could’ve happened without this woman <3 THANK YOU SOOO MUCH ! YOU ARE THE BEST !!!!
