  Jake Donovan from Legacy Mortgage was the most helpful loan officer, through our home buying process. We had been through a failed transaction recently before this closing, with a different company and different loan officer; switching to Legacy, to work with Jake was the best decision we ever made. Jake was knowledgable, caring and was available to text or call whenever we had questions - he assisted us from the very first call. 10/10 would recommend Jake as your next mortgage expert.

  Jake & Stacy made the entire process very smooth, intentive to responding to any questions and making sure everything is up to speed on a closing timeline, clearly experienced and professional. As a first time home buyer i've heard numerous instances of the horrors in underwriting with different lenders but for me it was just a few days of gathering info simple reminders on whats due at what times and a super smooth closing. Even knowing absolutely nothing about the home buying process it was very simple. Not to mention our title company was sure to mention how much of a relief it is to see legacy aswell due to how much easier they are to deal and work with so I highly recommend. Thank you Jake & Stacy at Legacy !
