  We have referred a host of clients to Title Mortgage over the years and used them personally to purchase two homes in the past 20 years. We have occasionally looked at other mortgage providers in the area and always found them very competitive on both interest rates and closing costs. Actual closings can be a problem, but they seem to do an exceptionally good job of coordinating real estate agents, title companies, lawyers, etc. in getting the deal done.
