  Had an appointment for 2 pm and we weren’t allowed in the building and when we called them they refused to see us and hung up on us twice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The customer service was a disgrace and that branch needs to take a look at itself and hire competent people who have manners. Without people like us they wouldn’t have a job. I wish I could give them zero stars

  Absolutely the worst!!!! First off, why can't they deposit a check at the desk instead of bringing you to the damn ATM? If I wanted to deal with a machine I would have... Second and most important, did you know that it's a surprise as to wether or not a 5 day hold will be placed on a check you deposit??? If they would have told me, I would have gone to the bank where the check was from and gotten my freaking money today!!!

  This bank location inside the Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital offers a convenient access point for the many employees and patients of the hospital. For day to day needs for those that live in the area but do not work in the hospital it does not represents a great option especially since the parking can always be a gamble and it is also not easy to reach.

  Tellers are very courteous and the relationship bankers always go the extra mile with there customer service

  I was asked every question I had (even not related to boa) on Friday 12/29!!! Even though I showed up 3 minutes before their closing
