  I had the chance to work with Cosmo Zuo to refinance my mortgage. He was extremely responsive through this loan (and often annoying) process. However, he took the time to explain every thing on all the documents and fought hard to get me the best interest rate! I've done quite a few refinance before and Cosmo is by far the BEST one! I cannot thank him enough for the efforts he put in. You cannot go wrong with this guy.

He made himself available to me via any method of my choice - email, cell phone and wechat which I appreciated.   This is my second time using Cosmo’s service for my loan needs. He has every quality I wanted when I need a professional help. Extensive Knowledge and experience plus willingness to help, the most difficult thing I did during the loan process was pick up the phone and call him and asking for help, he took care of everything else, he even foresee things I never thought about, many steps ahead.
