      Brought my car in on Tuesday Feb,4th for oil change, tire rotation and a factory recall on the backup camera. Mindy and Patrick were approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. A definite plus in having peace of mind when it comes to having work done on your car.

      I received my Blessing from Lee Nissan of Wilson. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima and the service was great, from BEGINNING to the END. Steve McDaniel greeted me with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in the door. He told me right away, "you are not leaving here without a car" and now I know, he is a man of his word. Steve helped me find the right car that was just right for me. Once I signed papers with Steve, I went into Tony's office (Finance Manager), he greeted me with a smile also and he was just as pleasant as Steve. I love my CUSTOMER SERVICE, I love my CAR and I will definitely give referrals. You don't meet nice, caring, helpful people at dealerships that often, so this is the place to go!       Service department is the best in Wilson! I have an issue w/ a marketing group calling me while my car's in service, the caller say's they're calling from Lee Nissan (NYC area code) telling me they want my car. I went the Sales Manager and General Manager asking them to take me off the list, but the calls keep coming. Not only are the calls intrusive, the people on the other end are rude.

      Where do I start because from the time we walked in everyone was super nice and helpful! My hats off to Bobby Richardson he is the man to buy a car or truck, SUV or what ever you are looking for. Jennifer was very helpful also. Lee Nissan has there stuff together right down to the salesman to the management staff. I received a much better price for my trade in. The whole experience was awesome!       I bought 2 vehicles from here and the experience was great! Even the site GM came to talk to me and they stayed late to make sure we were taken care of but the service dept is why I give 2 stars... I have a key fob that works intermittently I have brought it to them 4 different times two times they just changed the battery. This last time they my wife to come back when the tech that works on this is working(that's ok I understand) I come with a scheduled appointment I was told it's working now can't look at it. "Even if the issue is intermittent?" I asked asked he yes bring it back when it stops working altogether besides We can't look at it in this weather." It was slightly overcast!! I left thinking ok maybe this guy has a point I get to work and when I go to leave at 1am door won't unlock key fob not working AGAIN! I live 1 hr away and still haven't gotten it fixed...! Rude service. You don't pay for a new car to run only when it wants too why should I pay for a keyless entry that works when it wants too? Shameful.

      The sales department and general management has always been very kind and very helpful, but the service department persists to be the worst form of customer service I have ever seen. If you are a female or you have a vehicle older than this decade, do not bring your business to this service department because their answer will be "I don't know what to tell you".       The staff were really nice. They go above and beyond to help you out no matter what your situation is. I give this place 5 stars and the atmosphere is outstanding. If you are looking for a car I would come here.The best car lot I ever been to! I would recommend Erick or Alex they were awesome!!!!

      Sales was great but the car had an ac problem which was Meant to be checked on their inspection before selling the car. Also a leak into the cabin that was not disclosed to me. I am on my own in terms of payment. Beware of after sales service.
