  Bank is so tight you can only get a deposit or withdrawal slip for transaction. Drive thru - waits so people can get a slip. Fill it out and send it back. No respect for customer's time. Went in & Jasmine was going through the motions, I thanked her? New to area. Changing banks

  Not a place I will do any further business with. Disability discrimination, mis information, long hold times, & you can not get slips for your account to use next visit. My health & disabilities are not for your assistant branch manager to scrutinize. Account Closed.

  I went there saturday to get my online banking checked out. It wasn't working. The man that was there didn't help.me at all. He bypassed me 2 help someone else. I only.needed 2 min Of his time. I don't care for anyone there .rude and not helpful.

  A very dissrespectful place to conduct business. They have NO consideration for your time, privacy nor yourself as a person. We went in to close our account this morning, and we had to wait for an hour to see a banker. We can't just close the account with the tellers. Understandable. However, there was only one banker, and yes I understand it is Saturday. HOWEVER, there are customers who would like to utilize their services and not wait all morning. Then, once we were able to get the banker's attention (I believe her name is Tracy), she only acknowledged us once. Then, the hour passed, we got into her office. No hand shake, no eye contact, nothing really professional. Advised her we would like to close our account, gave a quick short list of why, and she patronized my boyfriend. Was not a pleasant customer service experience. We would not recommend PNC in Wilson, NC. Probably would not recommend their service anywhere. We did take our business else where.

  Shannon is such a wonderful person here at the bank. Always smiling and making sure you are very pleased with her help. Only come here if she's in.
