Don Hall1I have called over 12 different branches and tried every possible way to speak with someone at BBT/Truist. The one single human that did pick up immediately connected me with someone else and I got to listen to their voicemail. I have left over over 5 messages in the last hour and a half, got one return phone call. The first thing out of his mouth was how busy he was and that he had 7 more calls to return. He didn't even ask me how he could help. I had to interject my reason for the call. I repeated my self three times before he actually finally quit repeating the wrong answer to my question. You could tell he was more worried about getting me off the phone than helping me. Why even have phones? You don't want to engage with the customer it seems. The branches are closed and only drive throughs are available with some of the slowest people in the world. I love watching and hearing the tellers stopping to talk about personal business instead of handling customer transactions. If you say something their response makes it seem as though you are the problem for being there, not their slowness and unprofessional demeanor. If the banks are so busy why don't they hire more people. I get the annual reports; their profits, revenue and assets are incredible, all at the expense of the customer. BBT can scream COVID all you want, but your customer service was bad before COVID and only got geometrically worse with COVID. How about when you do hire people, hiring people who can answer questions and know something about customer relations. I only gave BBT one star so I could post my complaint. I once heard someone call BBT, BB and fees. I see their point.

Eric W1Never had great customer service, high turnover, cannot reach a person over the phone, customer service has 1+ hour wait time, promised to get certain services and answers and things never get followed up. As a well established small business in Wilson NC, I would expect better service.

Tee Knight1One of the worst! Shawn is a liar. If you are in need of small business services look elsewhere.

J Barnes1Slowwwwwwwwww. Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes in line. They are worse than Chick fil a at lunchtime, but at least you can get in and out. These tellers have no sense of urgency!!!!!!!

Jenette Arreola5I visit this bank regularly and have never had a bad experience. In fact, I am greeted by multiple employees upon entering the branch, and the tellers that assist me are welcoming, efficient and treat me respectfully.

Slippery Jester5Paid my bill here each month for over 2 years. Very friendly staff. And usually there are plenty of tellers. So waiting in line is minimal. The tellers are well experienced and they seem to have a low turnover. Which makes return visits a breeze.

Miriam Hernandez2I went in today to deposit my sister’s check. We both share the same account. We never had a problem with depositing each others checks (I was in Florida one time for example). At this bank however, the woman who helped me (her name is Kaitlyn) asked me “Who is -my sister’s name?” And I told her she’s my sister. And she made a face, and I then said “we all share an account” bc i didn’t know what else to say and she wasn’t saying anything. And then she replies, “ I KNOW, I can SEE that, is there anything else I can do for you” and I’m like 😑. What was the point of her asking who my sister was and making weird faces at me. Her name is KAITLYN. She’s a white female, maybe in her thirties or late 20s. Y’all need to have a talk to her about changing her attitude bc it’s ugly.
