  Let me start off by saying when I arrived, my salesman Josh Wilson was incredibly busy. He was helping three customers at the same time. I was one of those customers. We had already spoken on the phone and had a deal set up. He was able to get me as close as possible to the figures I was looking for and I went home with an awesome new vehicle. I have purchased 8 vehicles in my life and this was one of the easiest experiences. Thanks Josh!

  I had a great experience with salesperson Josh Wilson recently. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle, they gave us more than what we were asking for our trade-in, and even after the sale Josh followed up with items (missing second key and headrest) when he could have easily said 'no can do'. He always made it clear our satisfaction was his priority, and I would return for this same service again.

  Well, no one even says Hi when u go in. And first thing they wanna is if you have insurance. One guy acted as if he was doing a favour on me if would let me test drive. Not a friendly environment at all. I drove straight to eastside subaru and was pleased with the service there. The showroom is much cleaner, nicer and the sales people are friendly. Lee Johnson perhaps should sell car insurance instead of cars. And I ended up buying a Subaru Forester which is much more roomier and safer than the CX5 I was looking at. Above is my opinion anyway...

We worked with Michael Hourigan this time around, who was kind, patient, and easy going. He gave us all the information we needed, and helped me get familiar with the technology before I left. It was an overall good experience, and we are happy that we came back!

  I haven't had a car since college, so the idea of going to a dealership really stressed me out. I looked online and found that Lee Johnson had markedly better reviews than every other Mazda dealer in the city - and for good reason as I soon discovered. It's a very low-pressure environment with very well-informed salespeople. Tim helped me pick out a car that makes even sitting in traffic jams mildly fun. All that and free car washes for life - why would you buy from anyone else?
