  I did my research online & settled on a car. I contacted them online and requested the car history & e-price. I got back all the information promptly. I then got in touch with Brian Elich and scheduled a test drive and an appraisal of my trade-in. The test drive was great and I got a no-spin appraisal as soon as I was back from my test drive. I made my final offer later that day and we successfully concluded our business. I am now the proud new owner of a Mazda CX-7. This was the most professional experience I have ever had at a dealership. There was absolutely no pressure and it is quite unlikely that I would ever buy a car from another dealer in future.   I just purchased my 2015 Chevy Cruz from Lee Johnson back in March. Just a month later, one of my handles on the exterior of mar car, broke off the door. I was in complete shock, as I had just purchased this car. I called and scheduled an appointment with Lee Johnson and they were able to get my car in right away. They informed me on the phone that they would get my car all fixed up, free of charge. I left my car there for two nights as they fixed my door and repainted the handle. Great service from Lee Johnson as always, and my door handle looks as good as new!

  I have been to many a Chevrolet dealership for service across the US. One in NJ, one in Philadelphia, one in High Point, NC and the experience I have had here is the worst experience with a Chevrolet service provider. My car stayed over night for a simple repair (fair enough, I'm not mad about that) but I called the next to day to get a quote for parts and to possibly authorize the service that was to be done and the parts were never ordered nor at any point during my experience did I feel "welcomed;" not once did I get the feeling of excellent service being provided to me. It's 2014 my expectations for honesty and good business practices are at their highest - I can always go some where else. Maybe I am upset there is little motivation in the automotive industry to create/develop parts that do not break or need little effort to be replaced, but some of these prices make me scratch my head and worry if I'm being (pardon my french) shafted. Maybe buy a car here, but if you're a lifelong Chevrolet customer such as my self, go somewhere else.
