  I can't say enough good things about Steve and Tracey Delario at Caliber Home Loans. They are truly exceptional people! I've worked with numerous other lenders over the years, but the Delario team at Caliber in Kirkland is like the Lamborghini of lenders. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, yet very humble, genuine and sincere. Most importantly, they make their clients a priority all day, every day!   Is it possible to like a mortgage company? I never would have thought so until I worked with Lysa and her team at Caliber. They handled all of our questions happily and with ease, and were always on top of whatever needed to happen next to keep our mortgage process moving. We wouldn't be in our first house without them!

  Super fast and easy with great communication. I generally don't write reviews, but Jill and her team (Marisa, etc) were super pleasant and deserve the recognition. Almost all of the process was electronic, which I really appreciated. We changed our term at one point and they rolled with it and we still closed very fast.
