  Gordon Mize from this Murrieta office went above and beyond for us. We really appreciate all of his help for the last year and a half. Dealing with our city of Menifee and their ever changing rules and codes. Gordon has made a very tough and unbearable situation not only acceptable but pleasant to know that there is someone like him who is doing everything in his power to help. I highly recommend to any business or individual to use his services.

  I contacted Lee & associates about some commercial property. They Emailed me a list of properties right away but there were no prices. So I asked for prices they sent me prices for two properties. I asked for all of the properties prices they sent me one more I asked for all of them. They said I needed to give them the addresses because she didn't know which ones they sent in the list of properties they sent me. So I did. She sent me the prices. I called to set up a showing of the ones I was interested in, I got a voice mail. No one called me back. So I called again, a women answered the phone and said it was someone else I needed to talk to. She said she would send the message and that person would be calling me back. No one ever called back. I've been trying to see inside some properties for over a month with no luck. I have now moved on to other commercial real estate brokers. It shouldn't be this hard to look at a property. I guess they just don't care if they lease property or not. I know I would never use them to lease any property of mine they don't care enough.

  Sam at this office was amazing was able to come out and show properties on short notice and was super responsive. Nice buildings and there service was very responsive. Thanks Jesse

  Unbelievably RUDE AND BAD SERVICE. LAURA IS THE VICE PRESIDENT AND IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSON I HAVE COME ACROSS IN A VERY LONG TIME. VERY SAD THAT AS A BUSINESS OWNER WE ARE FORCED TO DEAL WITH BAD PEOPLE AND A BUSINESS LIKE LEE & ASSOCIATES!!!!
