  My granddaughter took me to altura year's ago when I first moved here and I was looking for a place to get a checking account and we thought a credit union is a great way to go because you build up your credit score and you have a great checking account as well as the fact that they are amazing when it comes to there fraud department, I have been so happy with them and I will not ever change because they are so good and the staff are very friendly, helpful and so kind to everyone and very efficient at there house jobs.   Took out money twice for an erroneous purchase that had been refunded even before the first charge. Blames PayPal for taking the money even though I have documentation proving PayPal issued the refund a week ago. Refuses to send me the promised dispute form after multiple requests and talks down to me on the phone. These people will rob you blind and will take no accountability for it. Avoid at all costs.

  Very good customer services with Olivia on the branch in murrieta inside of vons she talks Spanish and the most a like that the deposit ur direct deposit two days before regular pay date

  You probably want to open an account here if you want great service. Friendly and helpful tellers. Our family appreciates supporting banking institutions that value Liberty and Freedom. No masks required at this Altura location.

  We have an account with this credit union going on 1 year. Over a week ago we transferred money from the account we have with them to another banking institutions account. That money never made it to the other account, after countless attempts in person and via phone to get an answer of where our money is we have gotten no response other than "they don't know". What the hell? If they don't know what's going on they should find out. The problem is definitely on their end not the receiving banks end. As a business owner I know the biggest indicator of a good business is response to a problem, of which their response has been horrible. It's great seeing the reviews of them being so nice when you open an account, but do not trust that they will help when there is a problem. If I could give negative stars I would.

  I have a car loan through Altura and there’s nothing wrong except I wish I could Pay online! I don’t have a checking account through them, so I have to physically go into the bank with cash. Other than that there have not been any issues. I just wish they would make it more convenient to pay with my own card from home without having to sign up for one of their accounts.

  Bad service rude bankers. Bank teller said we can't withdraw money from another bank but did not bother to mention I can do a cash advance to do what I needed. She pointed me to an atm and my husband suggested a cash advance and she did it with an attitude. She threw my receipt, card and i.d under and walked off without saying anything just she just threw my stuff around. Its also Bad enough their customers know more than your bankers..I will never recommend anyone to do business with this "bank" full of rude workers.

  I have been a member since 1993 and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. First I walked in and the poor employees are getting lectured in front of the customers on how they need get their new accounts numbers up and such by a man I’m assuming was a manager. How rude of him to embarrass the employees in front of customers! Then I went to get my checks that were to be delivered to this branch but never came. So I asked if I could get some to hold me over until they did come which was the banks error not mine. They wanted to charge me. I explain that it wasn’t my error but theirs. The young man who was very kind went to asked his supervisor and she came out and continued to let me know they “Normally Charge but would make an exception this time”. She was not very nice nor did she even attempt to apologize for the error. Very upsetting especially when it was the banks error not mine. After all said and done I got my checks and at no charge. I will say this! If I was an employee there I would be looking for a new place to work. The upper management is rude to them as well as the customers. My whole time banking at Altura I have never experienced what I did today.

  Why I give this place a one star well be thankful that I just can give a 0 , first of all people who work here thinks that they are professionals and they think just becouse they work in a place like this they can talk to you bad and yelling at your face asking for a payment , when they should know already and have it in there computers when and when did you make the payment and not acting like you havent pay them and asking you in a bad manners to pay them when they should know and go to there computers and check to see if you make a payment already , people were hearing the way they were treate me and the way they were talking to me and acting soo rude too . This was a bad situation and a bad experience for me before I whent to work . I have to say this bannk have the worst service and very unprofessional of them , I don't recommend this bank at all , and like some here say what goes around comes around . Hope this help some one who wants to have a professional in doing business with you and not a bad and unprofessional like this bank . Next time I just hope they change there attitude and be professional .

  First off it was great but most importantly your going into these people's jobs and just remember how you act because someone one day might return the favor to you. What comes around goes around. I personally feel they are hard working individuals in that branch who put up with way too many snobby woman who don't realize when they open there to disrespect they ugly. That these people deserve 5 stars. Thank you for being my bank and my primary location
