  I believe this will be our 3rd, (or 4th?) loan we processed with Vault Financial, and Wes Hankins and his amazing team, Marci & Vickey! We are exceptionally pleased and happy with the whole loan process from start to finish, and must say the communication was great from Vault! Everything was very clearly explained to us as we proceeded through every aspect of processing our loan and if ever we had a question, Wes or one of his team was very responsive in addressing our questions… Having used Vault in the past, and have always been pleased with their exemplary Customer Service skills we can’t imagine using any other company should we do another home purchase or RE-Fi…

  Wes has been an amazing resource when navigating any financial question I had. My Re-if process was very smooth. Wes treats you like a friend and wants only what’s best for you.   I just refinanced my home with Wes and his team. As a first time homeowner, this was my first refinance. Wes gave me all my options and his personal suggestions based on what would best fit my future and finances. He answered any and all questions i had and explained things at length. I now have a lower interest rate, a better insight on how to manage my finances for my future, and a retirement plan! I can not express how easy the whole process was. Everyone was extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. And not to mention, QUICK!

  I just closed a cash out refi with Wes and the rest of the Vault Financial - Mortgage Services team. I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service and the value they provide. I have done 1 new home purchase, a HELOC, and 2 refinances under the guidance and expertise of Wes. He truly has my family and my best interest at hand. Purchasing a home, refinancing, and taking out a 2nd can be extremely confusing and stressful. Wes is super down to earth and breaks down all the financial lingo into understandable concepts. He has his pulse on the financial climate and is very helpful to ensure that I’ve received the best rates, at the best price, based on my financial goals each time. At times we have chosen a higher rate to save cash and other times bought down the rate for a better return on investment, all will Wes’s patient help. Wes and his team have always taken the time to ensure I’m well educated and completely understand the process. In other words, I have always been comfortable with the decisions we have made regarding my loans. In this fast paced world, they are equally responsive, effective, and efficient. The process has been quick, painless, simple each time. Realty Vault is the only lender I use in California. I have recommended Wes and his team to all of my friends, family, and co-workers. I recommend them to all of you as well. If you are in the market for a loan, refi, or other mortgage related product give them a call and a chance, they will not disappoint.

  Wes Hankins and his Vault Financial Team are extremely great to work with. The entire refinancing process went smoothly. Every step in the procedure was explained in detail. Automated reminders are sent by the team so that no steps are missed. When I had questions, Wes was always responds immediately and provides a clear answer. This is my seconds refinance with Vault Financial and I am very pleased with both experiences.

  Vault financial has been amazing in guiding and sharing their wisdom to help us buy and refinance our home. Wes has even given us so much guidance for buying a 2nd property out of state. With answering multiple phone calls from me, even though he wouldn't get credit for our purchase out of state. You can tell he is passionate about what he does, which is helping us customers.
