  Lee Ann helped my husband and I during our relocation! She was so helpful at each step and went to bat negotiating on our behalf. She made the entire purchase stress free and shared her knowledge of the real estate market so we were informed every step of the way. She is also a lot of fun and has a heart of gold! I can whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone needing help in buying or selling a home.

  .... Lee Ann is truly an amazing realtor, she understood my situation, studied and searched my probabilities of selling my home and gave me alternatives. I have purchased properties from different realtors and have never had such a great experience. I would work with her again and recommend her to my friends and family.

  Lee Ann is amazing. There was a rainbow of Twinkies and a bowl of punch in the center of the Island bar so creative. You can always expect snacks wile you view the house

  Lee Ann is responsive, helpful and super cool! She made us feel right at home before the location was even our home. She guided us through the entire renting process, introduced us to the property management team and then checked in with us a couple weeks after we moved in. She's great!

  Lee Ann is wonderful! An absolute joy to work with, she is attentive, kind, friendly, and caring. I'm glad I had her to hold my hand throughout the whole process, and she made it so easy for me. She considers things before you even think of it, and she's willing to go above and beyond to help you find a home (even when she is feeling under the weather). When I was all moved in, she continued to check in and see if she could be of further assistance. A rock star of a realtor!

  Lee Ann Clark was so helpful in helping me find our new place within a week in half of moving from NC to TX. She really went above and beyond to make sure she found everything I wanted/needed for my new home, security, space, great amenities, and a excellent schools. She met us when we met the leasing agent and asked her questions I would never have thought of but I'm grateful she did. She kept in contact with us through the whole process and we actually became friends. She had a very quick response time whenever I contacted her about questions or anything we needed . She will definitely help us find our permanent home to buy next year . Thank you Lee Anne you really are the best:)

  We wanted to buy a house in Austin but didn't know anyone. After talking to a few people on line, Lee Ann stood out because she made us feel comfortable right away. She gave us all the information we needed to make the decision to fly out to Austin and look for a house. We only had three days in Austin but Lee Ann made the most of them showing us multiple houses despite the bad weather. We didn't think she could make it happen, but we ended up buying a great house. She was very friendly, professional, patient, and dependable. Lee Ann made us feel like we could trust her, not an easy thing to do with old people. She's the very first person we met in Austin, and we became friends by the time we left. If all Austinites are as accommodating and wonderful as Lee Ann, we made the right choice buying a house here.
