  Very UNFRIENDLY staff. We told them the ATM was not working and they stared at us as if we were speaking another dialect. They didn’t even acknowledge our question/comments . We proceeded to withdraw cash and no acknowledgment or ending soft skills comment. (Thank you/ have a nice day) Thankfully I bank at the Edinburg branch where they have great customer service skills.

  Lone Star bank went out of their way to help us when the bank next door would not. Olga was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!! Thanks for making our transaction seem easy and convenient unlike others.
