  This place needs to use the money saved on salaries toward technology in linking up atm cards to identify your account number. This would save the staff the time it takes using there CSI skills locating the account numbers when atm is down, which is a lot!!

  Horrible bank! We have accounts at 2 other banks and have never had this many issue! It's takes the bank tellers 15 minutes to even acknowledge you. Everytime we attempt to deposit money, we're told we have to do something different. Lack of communication at its finest! Forget trying to have money transferred internationally or anywhere for that matte. We're an International Company that transfers funds internationally. Use a bit of common sense instead of saying "something looks fishy" when we're just trying to make a work transaction. IBC you've lost yet another customer!!! People save yourselves the headache and bank somewhere else!

  Love the bank!! Always see the same friendly ladies never have issues but there is only one by the name of meygen who seems to always be grumpy and rude!

  This location is awesome. ..everyone is very friendly, and the customer service is great.. can't say much for the locations in Brownsville
