  I love Leaders. I have been banking with them for over 20 years. The only things is when I stayed in Jackson TN we have plenty of banks now that I have moved to Memphis tn we only have one and it is kind of inconvenient for me because we are 30 mins apart. But if Leaders would invest in just the ATMs around Memphis that would help a lot of there members.

  The worst place we have ever done business with, paid off the car 2 years ago, they never released the lien and it has been 10 days and they still have not released the lien so we can close the insurance claim. Ridiculous, I will never do business with them again and will let everyone I know to stay away. Never dealt with such rude people, especially when it is there mistake. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

  After moving to Fayette County in 08, I continued to drive back to Jackson to do my banking with Leaders until they opened a branch in Bartlett. Love Leaders!

  Despite what the coop sites say, they DO NOT do shared branch banking here!

  Krystal, that was correct at the time of your posting. As of November 2015, we now accept shared branch transactions at the 2724 Summer Oaks Drive of Leaders Credit Union. Please remember to bring positive government ID and your account information for a successful transaction!
