  Eric Garcia goes above and beyond the call of duty for everyone. He was great from the very beginning all the way to AFTER closing!!!! He was always available to us and made the entire selling and buying our homes an almost pleasant experience. Trying to juggle between everyone and being stressed he was a rock star!!!! Can’t say enough about his commitment, honesty, integrity and his knowledge especially dealing with the VA!!!!

  This was an incredibly quick closing especially for the VA loan, and it was amazing having a prior service member able to understand a complicated work schedule and other needs as we were going through a particularly stressful time to buy and close. My wife and I are so thankful to have had the pleasure to work with Eric Garcia and plan on recommending him to any other service member purchasing a house in the future.

  Eric is truly awesome! He goes above and beyond to answer questions and is always smiling! He gives off a positive vibe which is contagious! At times this process is a lot to take in, but Eric is there to cheer everyone on! Eric rocks!
