  Really disappointed. Been trying to get help for my debit card because my account was randomly locked (still locked) when everything was taken care of. Went in there one day and someone who was working acted like I was committing a crime and made me feel very uncomfortable. (This was a few months ago) really upset about this.

  Tried to apply for a car and finally after 4 days of sending paperwork, 3 different types of income they tell me at the end of the day they need my 2020 tax return. Its March I haven't filed and they don't even have to be filed yet and as a trucker I have to get back on the road. There's too much jumping through hoops.

  When it comes to GREAT service with my banking needs, AFCU goes above and beyond to help me!! They are helpful and courteous with my questions and any banking concerns I have.

  Don't bother trying to use their CC for any transactions. They will flag anything as suspicious and then freeze your card. They claim they tried to contact me but left NO message on my phone. I was seeing issues with charges being declined for online accounts before I realized they had mysteriously frozen my card over small transactions with reputable online vendors. They send a letter! I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this. I will not use this card again.

  So far I have not had any problems with them although I just got approved for an account with them. I have deposited some cash into my account without a problem and the staff was very courteous.

  I admittedly have some very mixed feeling about this branch and bank as a whole. Generally speaking it takes once or twice to have an issue resolved. AFCU on a whole could benefit from improving service. This branch's one redeeming factor is that the bankers here are always kind an curteous. I have never once felt unwelcome. That's is why I will continue to bank with them - superior customer service.

  Great service. Low rates and quick and painless. Glad I Joined almost a year ago. Third refi painless and easy.

  A lot of the women who work here have a "holier than thou" attitude. I'll never use them again, not to mention none of them are on the same page.
