      Very upset with this location! My mother goes in there on twice a month. There is only one customer service girl there that provides service to help her. She always put money in my account but no one can seem to find my account! This is very poor service that for some reason one girl can find it but no one else can! The female that was behind the counter today was very rude!

      Went and put my paycheck in the atm and it ate it.... Now I'm stuck waiting for them to audit the atm... Their advise over drawn my account until they get it figured out... great job guys... Not... Worse customer service I have ever dealt with...

      Went to cash a check made out to me from an Arvest customer and they charge a $5.00 fee if you don’t have an account with Arvest. They will never get my business!

      Slow, slow, and slow. I’m never greeted anymore and they are extremely slow every time I go. They weren’t even helping one and I had to wait 15 minutes and I eventually rang them to get help.
