  I am a REALTOR® who has recommended Charles Sutton with LeaderOne Financial for quite some time now. He has been a tremendous source of information for me as well as my clients. I also enjoy seeing how well he takes care of my clients including those who may not have the ability to purchase a property at this time. To me that speaks of a high quality of character when you're willing to help those who have little as equally as those who have much. As a result, it was a no-brainer when it came time to re-finance a loan that I had on my own property. Despite the fun that underwriters tend to cause us (and, yes, they are just doing their job but sometimes the parameters are illogical or "make work"...or so it seems to me in my line of work), Charlie was patient as I pulled together the necessary documents and guided me through a process I hadn't been so involved in since I bought my last home. I appreciate all that he did as he proved to me, once again, why I recommend him to everyone.
