  I'm so happy I went with Launch Credit Union for my loan, Valerie went above and beyond to get me approved. I have been trying for years and within 24 hours Valerie had me in my dream boat. The best day ever! Valerie is an amazing person not only she made my dream come true she is also very nice, professional, and made it so easy. Serena is also very nice and helpful. Because of these two amazing lady's I am a very happy member of Launch.

  Went to the the drive through. Katelyn was very helpful and professional. She helped fix my address and informed me about car refinancing and credit growth options the bank offered. She even set up a consultant for me the next day. I'm writing this mostly for her to be recognized. Ive been with Launch FCU since they bought out whatever credit union was there before. They've always been helpful and I feel the rates are fair. Huge applause for the online banking. Very useful. Thank you Katelyn!

  Valerie was over the top helpful. Professional, courteous, easy to understand and. Joy to work with. It’s all in the way she first answered the phone and responded to my questions. If not for her courteous endearing attitude I would have taken my business elsewhere.
