  If I could I would give zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever received. They have very poor listening skills, told me It would be impossible for me to pay back a loan. I don’t recommend this place at all. Horrible horrible horrible save your time go to title max

  you made 2200 a month net and social security benefit 1200 with a total income 3400 net. your rent is 750 plus utility. you request a title loan 4000. there is not enough income by nevada state law to qualify you for a loan 4000. the maximum you can get approved with your income is 1400 . good luck with your loan and title max

  They are so rude. I have no idea how they stay in business. When i called immediately someone barely spoke english said if you don't have a job or clean title your wasting my time. I have both but after that greeting there was no way i was going to do business with them. They are rude judgemental people and they have no business dealing with the public. And ive seen the owners responses to other reviews so no i didnt get a loan but not because you refused me, i refused to do business with you. I did get a loan elsewhere and have paid it off already. Your loss not mine!

  i think you dramatized the whole thing. i dont recall any story like the one you described but truth is we still have our customers who have been doing business with us the last 25 years. they still drive across town to come to do business with us. the people who work here might have an accent but we are all trilingual and i can assure you our english is good enough to communicate with our customers the last 25 years.

  I have never ever been to a place that does business this way the man and woman working there were beyond rude to myself and some other guy there. There was no type of customer service at all!!!!!! I don't know how they are still in business the way they treat people. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go there! I worked with loan companies and also work for a bank and know for a fact what he was telling me everything was against the law was BS. An I don't write reviews but I had to share so no one else gets treated this way again!... place needs shut down from the public seriously!!!

  I don't normally write reviews but, I felt I had to! I was really in need of a loan. I was scared and a little nervous about where I should go in a time of need. When I called, the owner answered (he has a thick accent), he was so nice that I drove across town to go to his place instead of others (even though he is centrally located). When I walked in and sat down with him and explained my situation, I felt so comfortable. He explained the process to me so I fully understood and took away my concern. He actually took the time to go over everything with me knowing it was a busy day. He was honest and open with me and I knew I made the right decision! In a time of need, filled with anxiety, its exactly what I needed. I left there with money in my pocket for my bills and a smile on face. I truly hope you don't need a loan but, if you do, and your feeling worried, call Mr. Vu. He'll make you feel at ease! I promise!

  This place is a joke.... The guy that answer the phone needs to learn English. Their rude and very jugemental. Their website is false advertising this place should be close down.. The crazy thing is I am not the only person that has experience the rudeness... Welcome to Vegas time wasted.... People go though up and downs in their life and people miss paying bills. That's dont mean your not responsible. 9/10 that person may have went though a finacial setback, It happen to the best. Remember when you point a finger at someone their will be a hundred pointed back. I just needed to get this off my heart..

  The workers at this location is VERY rude I came into this office an hour before they closed. He refused to give me service because they were basically ready too leave. All he did was ask me a couple of questions and said it’ll be a waste of time too run my credit because I have a previous loan and I’ll get denied. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

  you came 20 minutes before we closed.it will take us 45 minutes for a new loan.you have existing loan/loans outside,we cant approve you another loan because it would be too much for your income.thats the guidelines of nevada state law.

  Website has false leading information. It states for a payday loan & title loan they don't run your credit. It says loans are "solely" based on your income. When I called lady there she said their website is wrong. They run your credit on payday & installment loans. When I asked if it was a hard or soft check she obviously didn't know what I was talking about. She said whatever they do shows up on your credit. So I had to inform her that that a hard check. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone especially if their website has incorrect info.

  Never been and was thinking about it but the reviews are telling it all. And the owner seems to be very disrespectful from the responses. Good luck guys And you wonder why you still have those same ones for 24 years. I never applied so you don't have to get on here and say "sorry couldn't give u a loan" Now I know I will never come to u..keep the same 24 year folks ..good day.

  all these negative reviews because i dont appove you a loan ,by your requests. we have been here 24 years and we still have the same customers 24 years ago. lot of them have to cross town to do business with us and they still come to see us after all these years. we go by guidelines of financial state laws to approve you a loan. sorry if i could not issue you a loan but, please understand its for your protection.

  The owner of this establishment is extremely rude and need to learn English. I came in two months ago and he just kept yelling and he was also very judgmental ps. The women in The front was very kind and helpful but i would never recommend anyone here

  My visit with Las Vegas Title Loans was an amazing experience during a tough time when I needed a little extra cash. The owner and operator Mr. Vu was very professional and their rates were great. I would highly recommend his business to anyone looking to get a loan.
