  The man that works there went beyond great customer service. Was greeted in a friendly manner. Was very quick and professional, I would differently recommend my friends and family to this location.

  First off let me tell you, SCOTT is one rude dude. I was late on my first payment due to me getting a new job and he calls me and leave a real rude voicemail. So I call back and explain the situation and he goes on and says “well this isn’t gonna end well and our attorney fee is 500” and hung the phone up in my face! Then I call back to clarify my new arrangements and he doesn’t answer one of his employees does. He is a terrible example of a manager and he definitely needs to work on his people skills!

  This is by far the worst place to borrow from. Their interest rates are very high and they entice you to take out more loans so most of your monthly payments goes towards the sky high interest rates of around 400%. The older short lady is extremely rude and cusses on the phone if you question anything. Save yourself a lot of pain, aggravation and money and AVOID this LOANSHARK .

  I am sorry you feel this way. Did you try to work your issues out with the staff? Did you talk with the manager? It is up to each individual to decide whether they take additional funds. It is our duty to inform all customers of their options. Our allowable rates are set by the State of Nevada, and if you can find another lender that's able to offer less interest I encourage you to borrow from them instead. I see that there is also a similar review at approximately the same time from someone with a similar name as you. I will report this oddity to the administrators of Google to insure fair and accurate ratings. Thank you for your business.

  The manager here, Scott, is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I had an emergency with my animal and needed cash on a weekend and went for help. The documentation requested was beyond the scope of realistic and when I asked for clarification he became a prick. Maybe I was not thinking properly because my animal was injured, but he was still unprofessional and his attitude was unacceptable to a new customer. He needs additional skills as an employee and if he is the owner I can only hope his employees do not follow his lead. Betty was great and a pleasure to talk to. Please note that this is the first time I have ever been compelled to post a review of any business in my entire adult life.

  They are so nice. So professional! Thank you guys for always being that way. My wife and I both have a loan here and it’s NOTHING like the local pay day loan type places. Totally satisfied customer here! Thanks to Robert and the Ladies for always being so nice!

  I had to actually take time out to write this review. The best company EVER! Low interest rates. I only pay 20$ a month for a 200$ loan. Very fare company. Only one i would recommend!

  This company is by far the best finance company in Las Vegas!! They really are there to help you with any and all of your financial needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!
