  Larry is great at what he does. We had a client buying his first home and we ran into issues with the Sellers. Larry handled it like a pro with great communication and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to help out with the loan and had a successful close.

  Larry Ulsh is a great lender, very easy to work with. He helped many of my clients through out the years. He is very honest about your position and he will figure out the best solution that suits your needs. He also have good connections with other lenders, in case a creative solution is needed. He honours his promises even a year later. I recommend to have an interview with Larry before choosing the lender.
