  Communication and follow up were in a timely manner! Videos sent of the next step. They were all very personable. Michael is very good at responding. They all took their time answering all our questions.

  The process didn't go as easy as I thought. I wouldn’t recommend loanDepot to anyone because the whole experience was to stressful and there were too many bumps on the road. The loan officer was helpful at first but not honest towards the end of the process. I feel customers are deceived in believing that they will getting the incentive offered at first but at the end it benefited the company and/or the loan officer. Documents were not sent in a timely manner. I was asked to sign documents with prior dates and with figures that ended up changing at the end. Very unsatisfied customer. People should research this company before using them.

  Loan Depot is a great home loan company, very professional and low interest rates for sure. They helped me to buy my condo with FHA loan, and it closed in 30-day, even during the covid crisis time as on September 2020.
