  Jerome is highly proficient in humanizing his customers, he communicates in a timely manner and is professional. Jerome is ethical and transparent in his business practice. He is thorough in his responses and is sure to explain details about his colleagues processes relative to the loan. Jerome is passionate about what he does, knowledgeable, and has excellent interpersonal skills. He not only speaks about his expertise but demonstrates it in his work ethic. Jerome is naturally genuine in his practice and personality which makes it easy to work with him in this stressful process. I had a previous negative experience with a loan officer years ago that made me not want to engage with a loan officer ever again. However, working with Jerome, changed my perspective. Not only would I recommend him, I plan on going to him again in the the future!

  Hi had the pleasure to work with Mauricio Rubio and I'm amazed and how he went above and beyond to help me. I found him thru an agent and even tough I decided to get another agent he not only kept working with me but he made sure to work seamlessly with him. He was always there when I had questions and his office assistants where fast and accurate. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He does put the customers first and explains everything to highest detail possible.

Lorenzo kept the entire process on track with weekly status updates and Lorenzo was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I might had.   My contact was Sherri Butler, my most outstanding financial officer of South Pacific Financial Corporation. She is Great because with all the problems of a new USA citizen, such as lack of capital to get large mortgage loans, lack of sufficient closing costs, poor technological know how during the processes I went through to get a loan, all the obstacles I created repeatedly, she rose above all of them. She was very accommodating, kind and very friendly, timely, with very optimistic alternatives for every challenge we met on the way.
