  I can’t reccomend IMG highly enough. Full service start to finish. Josh and Sam are a pleasure to work with. They are like having a coach, advocate, and friend helping you along the way. In the search phase, they bested two other groups on price, speed, easiness to work. From there it got better. After you are under contract, they walk you through the whole process of what to expect. As you move through it, they simplify the process by breaking it down into bite sized chunks. They have a great tool for gathering all the documents, so what might be a mess of documents on your end, is nicely organized. The communication was phenomenal. They synced up well with our real estate agent even though it was their first time working together. Every step of the way they anticipated any upcoming potential hiccups unique to our situation and we were ready with necessary documentation. I never felt out of the loop, and never felt like I couldn’t get a hold of them. We were ready and cleared to close well in advance of our expedited closing date. Many Many Thanks. It is SO nice working with people are just that good at what they do. Not once did I feel anything other than grateful to have them on our side.

  I was referred to IMG by a friend and it was a great choice. From start to finish, it was a pleasurable experience. They gave clear, concise/prompt answers, no hiding behind phone and explained pro's/cons of various lending options out there. As a first time experience with them, I HIGHLY recommend them and will keep them in mind if I choose to move again.

  I found Sam and Josh via their great reviews here, and they did not disappoint. I purchased my first home through them and have nothing but good things to say. Josh and Sam spent hours talking me through all the loan quotes, answering my questions, explaining where the costs and credits came from, and ensuring I felt comfortable with each step. Aside from exceptional personal service, I also got second quotes, and their rates were as good as I could get. On top of that, small things like credit reports and such were also very competitively priced. Even for such a large purchase, the small things do add up. Lastly, it's hard when dealing with so many people in the home buying process (lender, sellers agent, your buyers agent, etc.) to really get a sense of how well someone works with the other people on your team. But my realtor and the closing agent went out of their way to comment on how great they are to work with. I'll continue to recommend them to friends and family in the area.

  We had a very short time frame to secure a cash out refinance and Sam was willing to commit to meeting that deadline. He worked tirelessly to manage the paperwork with great detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and typically was one step ahead of the lender ensuring smooth processing. Sam has a wonderful sense of humor which, for us, is always a plus! It was clear to us that Sam recognizes mortgages are big steps for people so he always made sure we understood the steps and the never ending paperwork requirements of the lender. He was great to work with every step of the way. We highly recommend Innovative Mortgage Group.

  Sam represents the best of the best in the mortgage industry. I shopped around and got quotes from the guys that advertise on TV - Sam’s rates were way! One year after I refinanced, he contacted me and was able to further reduce my rate by $105 per month, that’s $12,000+ over the 15-year term. I’ve never paid any closing costs with Sam. Highly, highly recommended.

  We just closed our first home with Josh Bassan and IMG. Was a great experience from start to finish. Josh was very patient and answered all of our questions in a clear, precise, prompt, and engaging way. Since the process was brand new to us, he made every effort to explain each step thoroughly, even crafting unique Excel sheets to break down the numbers item by item. He was very responsive and made sure we were 100% ready for closing. Found us a killer rate too. We felt absolutely secure and supported. Plus, just a great guy and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

  I have worked with Sam on a few opportunities now--from refi to purchase of an investment property--and will continue to do so. Navigating the details of a real estate deal and setting up the right loan can be an intimidating endeavor, so am incredibly grateful that I finally met Sam and now have someone I completely rely on and trust for his extensive understanding and expertise. I doesn't just push the loan, he works with you to understand what it is you're trying to do. He's not only incredibly knowledgable, but also seems to work 24/7! I wish everyone I worked with paid as much attention to me as Sam does! Can't recommend more highly.
