  It was difficult to work with them. In the end, we went with antother lender and closed on the house. If you have a small buisiness or first home buyer, I wouldn't recommend Cornerstone.

  Sue, Helen, Leslie and the whole team at Cornerstone Home Lending a joy to work with on my refinance. They really went to bat for me to save some fees and to close in a timely manner. The process was easy and they were always available to answer my questions. Their partner fees are some of the lowest in the industry which also is great. After the closing Cornerstone also offer flexibility in payments if I want to pay extra or bi weekly. Many institutions are not as flexible anymore. I highly recommend Sue and her team for your mortgage needs.

  Sue. Helen and the whole team were amazing! They were extremely helpful especially when I had to make a last minute change. They made the process simple and easy to understand.   I came across Sue Place through a referral and I'm so glad I found her. I originally only gave her a call to see what our options were, with COVID being an issue and limiting some individuals with home buying. We ended up going through the entire process and purchasing our home first home. Sue and her team are very punctual, all so sweet and they made the whole home buying process so effortless.
