  Larisa, made selling my first home easy and stress free. Her advice was critical when I was doing upgrades to the home because she was very knowledgable on what upgrades would actually add value and the upgrades that buyers look for. Once the upgrades where made she came in and added decorating accents to the home that really enhanced the features of the home. She helped me navigate through some last minute HOA issues and her support and communication was very useful. 4 days later we were under contract for more than our asking price and multiple offers! I have bought two properties with the help of other realtors and they were okay. Larisa is by far the most experienced and personable one I have had. Wish I would've found her sooner.
