  Steve and his team have been amazing! We are still in the process for a reverse mortgage; however, they have been in constant contact and respond immediately to emails and phone calls. We looked into a reverse mortgage with a different company last year and we told we had to put up tens of thousands of dollars. Steve worked up numbers the 1st day I contacted him, telling me that we would get money back!!! I will recommend him to everyone I know looking for a mortgage expert.

  Steve and his team worked with me to get what we needed. If your even thinking about a home go to them first. Hear what they have to say and what they can do for you. Then go somewhere else and get a second quote. You will go back to them but why waste time check him out first. Nothing is final till ya sign the bottom line, but his team will perform as expected.
