  Just went to kill time. Selling tires practically bald over priced. Found same guns at regular stores for 329 normally priced at 569. Xbox one no wires or controller or warranty for 220. Amazon sells them new for that with all the necessary items warranty and a $60 game of choice and 14 days of live... Worst pawn shop I've been to in the nation.

  Terrible customer service. Huge turnover and untrained employees. I was given wrong pymt info twice (lucky i double ckd that huh???) and pymt applied to wrong acct. Too bad per. Yazmin Sias Perea, is a supposed manager, but has proven to be very ineffective. She also had her 2 yr old child behind the pawn shop counter, which, I contacted the local authorities regarding; later that day my husband visited Yazmin Sias Perea, who told my husband, since I have filed a complaint against her with the police and they had visited her that she would be able to possibly prevent me from receiving my weapons back from Pawn at which time my husband explained that the Background is federal, not local, and I have zero charges of any kind for any reason. So her threats are unwarranted and will be turned over to my attorney. Jasmin #2 at your other store: wrong info. Will not use you ever again. Kristy

  This is a really good place considering the type of business they do. Their pricing is very fair for most things and the customer service is great 99% of the time. This is by far the best pawn shop in town!

  Definetly not top dollar if your pawning or selling offered me 60 for my laptop, but first cash on platte gave me 130 for it so obviously I went to first cash instead and the pawn rep didn't even try to match he said fine go to first cash instead then.

  Don't pawn anything here. Say they work with military but they really dont, was in training they couldnt accept payments over the phone only layaway payments 🤔, finally got to the store, don't accept debit card for payment, went to "their" ATM instore and their internet was down. 3 trips to a corner store to make a payment. Also they don't tell everything about the terms and conditions of their interest rates until they got your stuff then your trying to figure out why none of your payments aren't going towards the principal. Lady at counter didn't even want to explain anything she asked someone else to and he was short of answers, pretended to click on his computer mouse to look like he knew what he was talking about. Needless to say don't pawn anything here.

  I had a terrible experience. First of all, They’re extremely rude. They don’t have any responsibilities with the stuff you returned. They never called so I had to go their store and ask them. they asked me to go different store to get the new one for 8 times. Which it takes 15mins to drive. One star isn’t even worth this place.

  I get Blue Ray movies here all the time...3 for $10 and sets about half or more off. They also have normal pawn stuff too...I got a TV here for cheap, still going strong.

  Amazing costumer service. You get greeted with a Hello and a smile as soon as you walk into door. Everyone there is so friendly. Best prices in town! Would recommend for everyone to go there.
