The drive thru teller did not put the checks and cash in the correct account. Had to go inside to correct it. Took 30 minutes.

Horrible phone system. 😠 This number is for all branch locations, but I wanted to talk to a branch office closest to my house. I have a miscellaneous question that has NOTHING to do with any of my accounts and had to click different numbers in order to have a REAL person answer the phone but, I was 17th in line to talk to anyone. I might as well take my chances and drive to branch office and hope the lobby is open to the public!
