  I'm not a fan of the new video conference ATM they have inside and lately the employees have been directing me to it instead of just doing the deposit for me. I'd feel differently if their drive-thru was backed up but the bank was empty so I don't know why they couldn't just do it.

  Great experience working with Summit Credit Union! Allie helped my husband and I set up an account and we got an amazing car loan rate. My advice, go to Summit Credit Union if you are buying a car and need a loan. So friendly and easy to work with and give you a fair rate. I look forward to future interactions and knowing I will have personalized attention.

  This location was really easy to find. More importantly, Eileen, the woman who helped me through the drive-thru, was awesome. She was quick, efficient, and really a pleasure to interact with. I literally left with a smile on my face because of her. 🙌💖

  I wanted a mortgage loan through this credit union. I received a pre-approval from them and, once I found my house, made an appointment to discuss my mortgage options. The appointment, with Bob, was a less than 5 minute phone conversation. He told me he would email all of my options and the rates that were current. He never sent the email and there was no follow-up on his part. Very unprofessional.

  Only use the ATM there. Very narrow and tight driving lane to get to the machine.
